Support your instruction with these impressive rule cards that are a larger size! Each card corresponds to a different spelling lesson in Set 2. Cards were created to support memory through the use of mnemonics, visual imagery and picture clues.

This deck includes 24 full color and back-to-back spelling rule cards on heavy stock. There are 9 spelling rule cards and 15 doodle-a-rule cards in this deck. Students draw their own picture on the Doodle-a-Rule cards. The picture serves as a keyword for special units of sound. These cards are a larger size than the student cards and are intended for teacher use, display in the classroom, or vision impairments.

Rules in Set 2 begin with unit syllable patterns (ang, ing, ong, ung, etc.) and move into silent E syllable patterns that include more complex silent E units of sound. These cards are appropriate for multiple grade levels.
