Description
Use one deck per student. Students collect all 24 cards as they master spelling rules presented in Silver Moon lessons. Students use their cards as a resource for spelling practice, writing assignments, and playing games. Cards were created to support memory through the use of mnemonics, visual imagery and picture clues. Each card corresponds to a different spelling lesson in Set 2.
Rules in Set 2 begin with unit syllable patterns (ang, ing, ong, ung, etc.) and move into silent E syllable patterns that include more complex silent E units of sound. These cards are appropriate for multiple grade levels.
