Description
Use one deck per student. Students collect all 17 cards as they master spelling rules presented in Silver Moon lessons. Students use their cards as a resource for spelling practice, writing assignments, and playing games. Cards were created to support memory through the use of mnemonics, visual imagery and picture clues. Cards correspond to Set 3 lessons and the 7 syllable patterns that have been learned throughout the program.
Rules in Set 3 include vowel team and R-controlled syllable patterns as well as “Bossy W” and other phonetic and language concepts. These cards are appropriate for multiple grade levels.
